World Asthma Day is around the corner (May 7), so now is the time to focus on what you can do to ease sufferers’ symptoms inside your home. Some things you can do to reduce the amount of dust, pet dander, and other triggers around your house:
- Wash bedding at least once per week
- Keep floors vacuumed and washed
- Use proper dusting techniques
